Meet Jasmin
Co-founder • Coach • Facilitator • Illustrator
My work sits at the intersection of people development, visual storytelling, and customer success. For nearly a decade, I worked inside fast-growing software companies, helping teams strengthen trust, communication, and collaboration. My early days at Box (pre-IPO) shaped my belief that relationships — not tools or tactics — are what drive great work.
I grew as a manager and leader in mission-driven, high-velocity environments, and I became deeply invested in helping my team members grow into their potential. That experience eventually led me into coaching and facilitation, where I could focus on the part I’ve always loved most: helping people feel seen, supported, and capable of doing their best work.
At Cusp, I blend coaching, leadership development, team dynamics, and illustration to help organizations create clarity — both interpersonally and visually. My illustration work turns complex, abstract concepts (like values, culture, equity, or strategy) into meaningful visuals that help teams understand and remember what matters.
I bring a trauma-informed lens (trained in Internal Family Systems) and draw from the Enneagram, Co-Active coaching, graphic facilitation, and values-based design. My goal is always the same: to help people feel more connected — to themselves, to each other, and to the work they’re doing.
I’m certified by the Coaches Training Institute and Integrative Enneagram Solutions, trained in graphic facilitation by Grove Consultants, and I bring expert visual note-taking to team workshops and events.
Meet Nevin

My path began in engineering, where I spent a decade building, scaling, and leading hardware teams at Apple, Nest, and Google. Those years were rewarding, intense, and formative — I learned how deeply team dynamics affect performance, morale, and creativity, and how costly it can be when trust or communication breaks down.
I’ve led through hypergrowth, restructuring, new product development, and complex cross-functional environments. Over time, I became just as interested in the people side of engineering as the technical side. I found myself drawn to helping individuals communicate better, navigate conflict, and build the kind of relationships that make ambitious work possible.
That passion eventually pulled me into coaching and facilitation. Today at Cusp, I help leaders and teams understand how they’re operating beneath the surface — what’s working, what’s stuck, and what needs to shift so people can do their best work together. My coaching is both practical and relational, grounded in real-world experience from some of the world’s most influential tech companies.
I’m certified by the Coaches Training Institute and Integrative Enneagram Solutions, trained by Landmark, and bring a systems-thinking lens that helps teams move from reactive to proactive, from misaligned to fully engaged.
Above all, I care about helping people work together in ways that feel clear, human, and sustainable — because when teams thrive, the work thrives with them.
